You total logged in time at the top left would have to be 4 hours and you would need to make 5 posts. I was made a Jr. Member without reaching these, I have no idea why though...As above it's only one post now, but are you sure you didn't have 4 hours?

That's weird. According to the forum ranks (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0) You need 1 post written over 4 hours ago, to become a jr. Could/can you post in other sections?
