Shipping is included in the prices below. Shipping method will be USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope with Certified Mail and Return Receipt Electronic. I may adjust the prices if needed as the market fluctuates. These prices are based on $13.4 per bitcoin and the used Amazon.com price plus half the shipping costs.
