i think nobody want to invest in crypto if the consequences are the losses. rising up and down of bitcoin and other altcoin prices is normal. investor has the plan before they do investing. only those who in don't beleive bitcoin are called foolish.
People are that much foolish that today we have so many new millionaire and billionaire due to investing or crypto related business. Only those who fail to understand what needs to done when leads to the major failure and yes it is risky but also it is rewarding on other side.
