This error is explained in the wiki as smart contract conditions not fulfilled. So have a look at the smart payment freebe created in your wallet, something seems to be wrong there!
might be a suggestion for tony to make errors less programatic by nature and more human readable based on fail condition. would go a long way to increasing user friendliness. humans make a lot of mistakes at the best of times
