I did a "google" like you suggested and all those posts about Sapien being a scam are months old. They are baseless claims and some people were predicting Sapien would scam after the ico which most projects do if they were in fact a scam. But check again, Sapien is live and well and has hundreds of beta testers posting on their platform. They already said the project code is currently private but will be released on github in the future. So give it a rest and move on.
