Isn't scary to invest in ICOs now because ROI of latest ICOs is very low?
It is scary to invest into the wrong one.Sometimes I think that its just a pure luck.

As you have written, it is sometimes a matter of luck. I reviewed the ICO project and their website, and I like it all. I think they can be successful, but I can not say how big it can be this success. If you ask whether to invest in this project, I am rather - for yes.
It looks that it was a good choice to invest. Welltrado reached their hard cap - sold ~ 37 mln of their tokens. Looking forward what will happen in the future with this project.
