Bankers never make decisions on their own. They always follow the government's instructions clearly. I didn't fully understand what caused your anger. If the banks do not personally service your Bank cards then you are to blame. If the banks of your country do not make payments for the purchase of cryptocurrencies then you are to blame because you have chosen a government that gives banks such instructions.
