Find the contact information of your pools admin and ask them to unlock your account.
Yeah that is typically the first thing to do but there is no contact info on the site yet so I went to the link provided earlier in this thread
hoping that the dogecoin chain and the dogecoinchain pool are managed by the same.
Unfortunately they didn't think about their incident management process when they first put up the site but I'm sure they will get to it.
