Hi, just want to know because im not much familiar about crowdfunding in ICO. My question is : If you purchased any ICO tokens created under ETH Smart COntract does your 100% of your ETH will be automatically refunded just incase the crowdfunding never met the hard cap or soft cap of a said ICO? thank you in advance for the one will answer.
It will depend on each smart contract build... It's just like a regular software. As developer you can build it in your own way.
I agree with this, smart contract is build on Ethereum network, there is no fixed way to build it, you can build it the way you want, but there is a reason we see no one before build it to auto refund, beside the huge fee they gonna pay,  until this moment I did not see single ICO commit with there soft or hard cap and neither with their time frame, all ICOs adjust their time frame and their caps depending on market condition and how good/bad they are doing, for example right now there is some ICOs still running and they supposed to end couple of months ago .
