He's not referring to the fact that one pool is having issues. He's referring to the issue itself as the evidence. The issue is that transaction fees for ETH are so high right now that this pool stopped sending payments, because they are the ones covering the fee.
Correct! the ETH fees are too high, and the capacity of the system is too low. This coin cant go on like this, something has to break, and im betting against ETH.ETH ASIC is on the way , and with that little help the system capacity is might going to be much higher
but miners going to make much less
