I don't understand why the hell would someone buy Twitter accounts with thousands of bots as followers. I don't care what twitter audit says as real but those type of followers who don't engage organically on a topic are still worthless. And $145? 
That's a lot dude! Whats the point of buying them? To participate in twitter bounty? I mean you will barely earn a dollar with them from bounties. To be honest its better to sweep a floor for a $7-10 daily wage than doing that.

IDK how you classified those thousands of followers as bots. If you got the skill, you should write a model and contact twitter audit team. I'm pretty much sure they are looking to improve their algorithm and won't mind paying $$$$ for your time.
Most of my customers know what they are doing with these account and they can the ROI in a jiffy. I wish I had the same skills of my regular customers so that I could have avoided the customers like OP and encashing $$$ by monetizing them. Most of them have products to sell to their crypto audience. I'm sure they won't have to sweep floor for $7-$10 for an hour as they are making $$$ using their skills.
