if sync issue than please try to delete all files expect wallet.dat make sure save and make back of wallet.dat that is important file which contain your address and balances.

after that just leave wallet.dat and delete all other files in wallet data directory.

after that run the wallet and let it sync till current block

find wallet directory as per os you using
