Thanks for the vote of confidence. I'll ignore most of his verbal diarrhoea (especially when he breaks forum rule 22 and talks about his service) and just correct the outright lies and most moronic mistakes.
I too think that mere ignoring of a poster isn't right even if most of his/her sentences are total absurd. It is much better to set off facts contrasting with their lies. Thus readers can get a better picture of the situation and the troll gets a chance to change for better under the pressure of facts that contradict his/her assertions.
