Same problem here : The worst ever exchange

I have transferred 740000 DOGEcoins to bter. It is over 3 days now. Funds are not credited in my account. Sent many support mails. No reply.

Chat support sucks big time. They ignore after asking How may I help you!!! Looks like a BIG scam to me.
