send an email to support@btcguild.com with your username/ emaill address and as much info as you can. That's the best way to get answers to any account issues.

Servers that run a pool like BTCGuild don't run of fresh air. Nor is the hardware free. Oddly enough.
And 3% fee out of 2500TH/s are not enough for that?
Here's a very simple calculation: 3% is 75TH/s, which is around 32BTC a day.
Still not enough for better customer support?
+1 but mayb e ther prefer money than answer to mail and question.
