Isn't people that are merit abusing and begging being tagged already?

- For the latter part, YES (DT1/2 members will leave the appropriate rating, whenever they read/see the thread).
If people being tagged without a "clear rule" for these instances, then DTs are abusing their power, right?
No, not everything on this forum has a rule attach to it (ex.
Things not against forum rules but frowned upon by community!).
I'd reply to him and ask him 'Who's ne?".
