Yes, there is a simple KYC procedure. Any serious token planning a long term future should have KYC these days (regulations unfortunately).

Passive income is income without needing to do anything. In ReMoneta there are a few different retailer bonuses, one bonus is received by being connected to the ReMoneta network and offering your product for sale using ReMoneta. That is passive. A second example is a bonus for selling more products using the ReMoneta currency. That is active because the retailer needs to do something to earn it.

When exactly you started with the project,for how long is in the development?
We started thinking about it a long time ago but the technology was not available to do what we wanted to do. You can say we became more active from 2017 and started to practically drive the project forwards.
