Yes, The Universa team has shown serious interest in development of the project and actively stick to their roadmap but in terms of price growth, UTNP didn't showed any improvement from last couple of months.
Because this is a long-running project and it is only in the initial stage now, dont expect the high price immediately. They must first implement their technology and start using blockchain in business
