I can tell you with absolute certainty that both of these sites are nothing but scams.

Even though they do run within a ponzi structure which is in itself pretty much a telltale sign, they probably won't even pay out the earliest investors due to the fact that their sites just seem so poorly run and so obvious of a scam that they're unlikely to stick around in an attempt to lure in more people at all. So all investments will be lost, most likely as soon as you deposit, or even if you do get a few payouts, they will stop paying out eventually.

These types of scams are quite common and comes in all shapes and forms, but the telltale sign is always that they offer multiple plans with guaranteed profits, which you have to purchase for BTC. There is no business model whatsoever. Stay away from both sites if you want to save your money.
