CodeMail solves these security problems by encrypting data both over the wire during transmission and at rest while in storage. The message and any attachments are encrypted by the sender before transmission and only decrypted upon reaching the receiver. Any attempt to monitor the transmission will be meaningless and it will be impossible to inspect the data itself. The sender will be able to save a copy of the sent message just as the receiver will be able to save a copy. The message will always remain encrypted in storage and each individual only the
sender and receiver will ever be able to access the message.
