I think we're all being taught a lesson this year. In this world we learn from experience and so one trouble or backslide is not the end of it all.
Anyways (to OP), what would you have said if BTC is currently worth $50,000? You would have mocked those who sold at $20k last year. So i think what you need to do is to stay positive and focus on te future. You might never know what will happen next.
