Yes, sure. You can do so. Here are the steps:
1. Register at HitBTC.
2. Have 0.005 ETH youre Cryptonomos account (gas fee is required for any transfer of etherium based tokens):
https://medium.com/cryptonomos/how-to-top-up-your-cryptonomos-account-1ca9a75324b43. Copy your BERRY address.
4. Send your Tokens to your HitBTC BERRY address.
I have been searching for this answer for a long time if i can straightly transfer berry tokens from my Cryptonomos account to HitBTC. Thank you the medium details guide really helped me lot. Between apart from HitBTC is Rentbery listed on any other platform?
