There are platforms that manufacture ratings and reviews for a pay and manipulate other companys good ratings to destroy them so it is really difficult to trust what we see in the internet unless they are done manually by a person who is satisfied with their service.

Chikitita2004 that ratings are unreliable, and so with reviews based on my experience. Although, I am not speaking in general but it was so sad that something bad happened to me.
I went to eat at a restaurant in which I am bragging about it with a friend because I told her that I have read good reviews and high ratings of that restaurant. I was so excited, because I really like to try different restaurants. But to my dismay, and without being exaggerated, oh know, I dont know if there is something wrong with my tastebuds, but the food was the worse I tasted, so far that I didnt even finished my food and go, and also, I was ashamed of my friend for recommending that restaurant to try because of the high ratings and good review that I have read. I will not forget that experience.
