That is hilarious. I do not think they are able to convert Bitcoin into fiat and nor they meet up in particular places assigned. A technology like Bitcoin which is a decentralized as well cannot be easily put to an end. We have a lot of gap and Bitcoin is still to finish it as the demand will rise high when the prices starts rising. Besides, there are government regulations and the activity of the Whales that cause disturbance but the market ultimately recovers.
