Yes if you take 3 z9 mini and overclock them you can easily reach 40k. So is it 3 z9 mini glued together for the price of 4 or really 4 z9 mini?
More like 4 z9 minis glued together. Now overclock that. I'm pretty sure the z9 overclocked will do well above 40k
The form factor looks like 2 minis glued together. I'm quite skeptical about its overclocking potential.
