Currently, Callisto Network team have run lots of campaigns in different channels, but I agree with you that Bitcointalk signature campaign can make a big difference.
actually Callisto is listed now to the market which everybody be curious about this signature no need because the ico is already ended they need only to be top on the forum to see the investor what is the progress of the platform.
