I think personally, Bitcoin's name is very widespread. A larger percentage of the world now knows about Bitcoin now. It helps to increase acceptance and also with the emergence of many ICO then investors choose ICO with their respective beliefs, so many ICO do not reach hard cap but still can continue it.
