Hi! But this was condition of amazix bounty. It is lottery and they told to write exactly this text: "participating in Codex Lottery round 2".
What you should have done, is report the thread if it breaks the rules.

Or easier not to ban forum participants, but delete thread with such messages?
Report it, and do your share of cleaning up the spam.
