For example, Konios bounty has telegram campaign. Just now i checked spreadsheet and found some fake accounts:
(Number 8511 in telegram) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=534446 - register date in spreadsheet is 02 april 2018, but last active was July 16, 2015
(8515) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1596663 - same
And also too many fake accounts. "Proof" post solves this problem.

Sounds more like the manager problem for me. It solves the manager problem but creates another one for the forum.
