I write - when the cards are less than 7 everything works fine, when there are more of them, in my case 12 then the computer reboots, it works differently from 10 to 40 minutes !!!!!!

Your fan work with 100%(3300rpm) and after 10 min HBC mem broken and reset. i see your temp. 2 card have 60+C more(on heavy) . and this is problem. 1 gpu HBC broken and rig go in reset
put gpu down and try.

how many HR in FAST? i have 4050-4100. you 5000?- and how much electricity do you have?
