I would suggest you look at BIP33 which already introduced a similar scheme https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0033.mediawiki

If you have that kind of detail and precision people will be much more inclined to look at it. I would propose to call these servers not banks, but something else, as this has very negative connotations these days.
