Too controversial a statement. Not every poor-fool and not every smart-rich! There are fools who with an easy hand without any complicated plans make successful projects and get a huge reward. There are fools who are lucky with their parents. And there are smart ones who develop and calculate business projects, and as a result become bankrupt...
