I'm making a Iphone app (don't know if apple will aprove it).

if you make an app that just read JSON data on a web server and display them on screen, I do not see reasons why Apple should approve...

The differentiator is how much eye candy and extra features (BTC Calculators and such) they wrap around this base feature.
