Therefore, enjin provide tools to compress the operational cost. By using these tools, lawyer can accept cases which they wanted to help but due to the cost they have refused.
As these shows, enjin focus on Realizing The world all victims are saved. To archive this goal we are going to make Victim relief easier and also correct the distortion caused by recent judicial reforms.
２What can be done with enjin
For these background enjin has and going to implement below functions. We explicitly show which function is going to be implemented in future. These functions are going to be the tool to realize The world all victims are saved.
【Function①：Launch new law suit】
To help people suffering from fraud, they can register the case on enjin as a New Law Suit. Victims only has to write the outline of the case and then the case can easily be a project and ask for support. The system is like a cloud funding site, projects looking for fund raising collect fund from people, as well as on enjin projects raise not money but victims by sharing the case. This can reduce the Lawyer fee per person dramatically.
【Function②：Participate in new law suit】
Person who were deceived by the same fraud on the platform can participate in the class action, without taking any special communication measure, by just clicking the participate button. Currently in Japan, since the image of Lawyer is very difficult and people think they have nothing to do with lawyer, lawyer is not familiar for people and they rarely access to lawyer.

Victims can post a comment like, I was deceived by a company names ●●, is there anyone else who were deceived by this company. Then other victims can start a conversation like, Me too, or Lets fight together to get back our fund., then gradually this will realize the formation of class action.
Moreover, one more reason making a Bulletin board for everyone is that as it will be categorized as Consumer Generated Media (CGM), it will help enjins SEO and increase the possibility of being listed on the first page of google search result, when someone search the word Class action, ●● fraud,
and so on. This will help us reach to as many victims as possible.
【Function④：Lawyer Registration】
Without lawyer it is impossible to start a class action, so we have a function for lawyers to register and use enjin. We are going to implement a tool to compress communication cost between lawyer and huge number of victims and between lawyers.
One of the reasons why class actions have not so far been practiced in the real world is the lack of Lawyer-side manpower enough to endure communication costs with victims. Even with one-to-one communication is hard from the lawyers perspective, no need to mention in the case if it becomes a one-to-N relationship, it cannot be dealt very well with the manpower of a regular law firm. Thus, to realize The world where all victims are saved, we have to provide a system dramatically reduce the Lawyer-side communication cost. For example E-contract5, chat tool to communicate with victims at once, and facilitate the date management for documents and evidences. Also, sometimes a lawyer is not enough to deal with the case, thus they have to form a defense council. In this case, they need an inside communication tool. By implementing these tool on enjin, more victims are going to use, lawyers can easily process these kind of cases and supporters can feel free to support. Establishment of this trinity can realize the relief of victims.
