Yes, your account has been hacked, lol I have tagged your account asking you to report 150 posts to remove the tag, tell the hacker to get to work.
Did you by any chance use an auto reply bot recently? or downloaded something from the internet to post on your behalf? I don't think this is a coincidence having so many hacked accounts after the introduction of a new spamming bot.
