Absolutely true! Even without that statistics, I can say that job vacancy remains in a couple of months because the procedure of hiring is really difficult and slow. No matter how many applicants will apply in a certain company, there are always a problem dealing with hiring a worker. Too much time is consumed in interviewing and passing of the requirements, 3 months is not enough to comply thousands of applicants who are enable to work on.
