When trying to run MetaGate.exe, I get this:

Error 0xc000007b. Cannot run the program.

Any advice?

My system: Windows 8.1 x64. All Microsoft Visual C++ Redestributable Packages seem to be installed.
Running it as administrator didn't help either.
