There are so many ICO rating systems but not all of them are good. I only believe in ICObench cause IMO, I think it's the most truthworthy system although I know that ICObench also received money to promote for ICO project . Of course ICO rating systems affect a lot to ICO project cause investors always focus on ICO projects which have highest rate only .
