I saw a similar site where you have to pay 0.01 bitcoin for one month and you get 0.03 - 0.06 every month depending on bitcoin price . But it was a scam and almost 0.58 bitcoins were scammed by that site so please be safe . Don't invest in such things if you can't afford to loose . Because if this was legit that person could have used it for himself with some 100 different address so that he can earn over 0.1 bitcoin in one day which will make him rich .
