Most of the ICO's plan based on seasons only. In Bearish season most of them extend their ICO in order to get more investments. eHealth did well in planning but execution was a little sketchy.

You're right, you can't really predict what's gonna happen, you can just adapt to the changing market conditions. I hope soon we'll see some increase in prices.

You can only have a prevision, what the future will bring, yes.
And in longterm you can expect, that crypto will rise, so a long roadmap is not bad.
But you constantly have to bring news or milestones to your investors, that they stay with the project.
At least they are honest with investors and don't promise impossible tasks with short time. After ICO everything will depend on the team, on their dedication.
