My favourite coin for 2018 is Ambrosus - Amber Token (AMB)

Ambrosus Network (AMB-NET) was created for supply chains, primarily food and medicine.  Supply chains are one of the most worthy and fitting industries to benefit from blockchain technology.  Ambrosus have taken it a step further by integrating blockchain technology, with IoT and real-time sensors to trace and transmit a products data as it moves through a supply chain.

This is particularly helpful when it comes to product recall or investigations, as we can now see how the product has been stored, for how long, and under what conditions.
