The ICO is already completed and they may have one but I do not know much. You can visit their telegram group and can ask them as the team members are advertising their project everywhere and they may need some advertising agents for Russia.
I think they do not have any yet. Go to the website and contact with them there with admin or you can also go to the telegram or slack channel of them to ask about that. Most of the crypto related issues are discussed on slack channel.
