As far as I know POS mining is not based on the formed inputs, but based on the annual percentage set by the developer and I do not think that stacking will always come on schedule. For example, many other coins I watched a few days when awards came, and then there were a few in the day. The masternode coins certainly have a different rhythm of POS rewards, but don't think it's much different from the standard type.
