- Avoid loud/beat/bomb music, instead listen to calm or soft music.
- Lavender oil to relax your body, helps to lower blood pressure and get in calm mood.
- Let your imagination roll, thus enables you to sleep early then counting sheep, lol.
- No to excessive alcohol, medication annnnnnd ouch, caffeine.

That's pretty good tips I was taught.
