I think that the partners of Winstars can be those participants who help the development of the platform. It is possible that we are talking about ambassadors in different regions, or online casinos, which will be for their players to promote participation in Winstars.
As far as I know, the group of partners also includes users who attract referrals to the project. If you don't believe me, look at the schematic drawings on the project website and in the first post of the topic. Then you'll understand.
I think all investors are in fact partners of the project and should take an active part in the development of their ideas.
