main priority is to develop the tech but exchange listing is still part of the team's agenda. This year the team plans to get listed on top exchange.

Well, this is the right approach. Development should be on the first place. But personally, i hope XYO wouldn't forget about exchanges, it's important for the project.

If you evaluate the team's strategy, you will see that they will not pay a lot of money for listing on the top exchanges. I mean we should not expect binance

As it was mentioned a few times already main focus is on developing at this point in time, but that doesn't mean the team doesn't want to do everything in their power for the greater good of both the project and their long-term supporters. Once the product is out, the main focus will shift on the adoption phase and that involves being listed on the top exchanges at that moment.
