Well for sure you have some malware made by hacker on your device , which is the common reason why hacker still can see your new eth wallet information  such private key as well,  if i was you try reformat you device immediately to avoid further losses , 'cause if you let that malware will stay on your device ,hacker will be able to determine all of your important files or personal information especially accounts in different sites.  So back up now then reset your device.
