the same thing happend to me but i was lucky i guess becuse they person that received it sent it back to me without me even asking 
Oh you are lucky that someone sent it back to you because most of people that received an crypto are not honest.
Is there any chance of me getting back my Btc from an address which I was not supposed to send or even a chance of getting in contact with the receiver ?
How can you send your Bitcoin to someone address that you didn't know? How did it happen? Honestly it's very difficult to getting back your btc, but what if the person that received it is send it back.
