Its not that much easy to become a campaign manager. I have part of some telegram with the reputed campaign manager of this forum. He mentioned and said many times this is really hard to manage the campaign in bounty especially.
Then you should be good at Ms Excel usage and good at data analytics to understand the good manager or not.
If you are unable to do that you need to improve yourself with learning the more knowledge with the good manager like edwarded, yahoo, woshib and etc.
