There are no ways to identify a person while maintaining his anonymity. If such a method is invented, then this in itself will be a huge achievement and self-sufficient service.
What if you will use AI for validate KYC and the whole data will be stored on a blockchain cloud service. And only AI will have access to the data for check already existing persons. So what do you think?
